SDUSD Math Placement Process Update for Parents

The San Diego Unified School District traditionally administers a math placement test to 5th and 6th grade students in the spring for use with math placement the following year. The district has made the decision to not administer the test this Spring. Student placement recommendations will be made using current grades and teacher recommendations. The district will distribute a parent letter with additional information during the week of May 8th.

We will continue to share additional information as it becomes available.
