Damaged Student Devices
If you are having a problem with your student device, please call the Family Technology Support Line 619-732-1400. The Support tech will troubleshoot the student Chromebook.
If the support tech is unable to fix the issue over the phone and determines a replacement device is required, they will direct the family to an IT Support Center for exchange of the device.
Following Covid protocols: School sites are being asked NOT to exchange devices, but
to refer families to the Online Learning Support Line at 619-732-1400 where a support technician will troubleshoot the computer and if it can’t be fixed during the call they will provide information about exchanging it at one of the support centers.
