Damaged Student Devices

  • SDUSD Technology Support Centers are open for student device exchanges. The process for families to exchange a device consists of 4 steps:
    • Family calls the Family Technology Support Line 619-732-1400
    • Support technician troubleshoots the student Chromebook
    • If the support tech is unable to fix the issue over the phone and determines a replacement Chromebook is required, the support tech will direct the family to a Technology Support Center for exchange.
    • Family exchanges the student Chromebook at one of the 4 designated Technology Support Centers.

Student Passwords

  • The Family Technology Support Line (619-732-1400) can assist families with getting their ID and password.

  • Please contact the SDUSD Family Internet Support Line at (619) 260-2460 - option 1 to learn more about the multiple internet service options available and get connected.
    • Monday – Friday - 7:00am – 6:00 pm
    • Saturday - 8:00am – 12:00 pm - Temporarily on 8/29, 9/5 & 9/12
