All students must complete the Symptom Checklist every day prior to entering campus. Students who do not complete this form will not be admitted. You have two methods for doing this:

  1. Electronic Method - Login to ClearPass. Students who choose this option MUST show the "green approved" to a staff member when they enter campus. Students can use their cel phone, laptop, or digital deviceto do this.
  2. Paper Method - Download and print the form English - Spanish. Additional forms are available for students on campus.
